The Board of Directors of JHM Consolidation Berhad (“JHM” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that Morrissey Assembly Solution Sdn Bhd, wholly-owned subsidiary of JHM had on 28 May 2021 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (referred to as the “Agreement”) with Penang Development Corporation (“PDC” or the “Vendor”), for the purchase of all that piece of the land situated in Daerah Seberang Perai Selatan and forming part of Mukim 13 Plot P326d Batu Kawan Industrial Park containing an area of 9.0000 acres, for a total cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Twenty One Million Five Hundred Sixty Two Thousand And Two Hundred (RM21,562,200.00) only.
