| The Board of Directors of JHM Consolidation Berhad (“JHM” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that JHM had on 6 September 2024 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (referred to as the “Agreement”) with Megaready Industries Sdn Bhd (“MISB” or the “Vendor”), for the purchase of a property for a total cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Million and Nine Hundred Thousand (RM20,900,000.00) only.
