We refer to our announcement made on 22 November 2022 in relation to the acceptance of the proposal issued by LHDNM and wish to inform that the Additional Assessment and the Penalty will be reflected in Third Quarter of the Company’s financial result for year 2022 instead of Fourth Quarter of the Company’s financial result for year 2022.
