Reference is made to the announcements dated 15 October 2020, 16 October 2020 and 14 January 2021 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between JHM Consolidation Berhad (“JHM” or “the Company”) and MASS Precision, Inc. (“MASS”) (“Announcements”).

Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that a joint venture company by the name Mass Precision Sdn Bhd (“MASB”) has been incorporated on 10 February 2021. The shareholders of MASB are as follows :-
