After confirmation that a quorum was present pursuant to the Company’s Constitution, the Chairman of the Company called the meeting to order at 2:15 p.m.
All the resolutions tabled at the Twelfth Annual General Meeting (“12th AGM”) of the Company held on 26 May 2017 and voted by poll were duly passed by the shareholders.
There being no other business, the 12th AGM ended at 3:00 p.m
