We refer to the Company’s announcement on 17 June 2020 in relation to the Notice of the 15th AGM for JHM.
Due to the recent increase of COVID-19 cases in the Northern region, the Company has decided to put in place an Administrative Guide for the forthcoming AGM to be held on 26 August 2020 in order to safeguard the health of the attendees at the 15th AGM.
