Reference is made to the announcements made on 13 September 2023, 24 November 2023 and 28 February 2024 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between JHM Consolidation Berhad (“JHM” or “the Company”) and Jiangsu Dekai Auto Parts Co. Ltd. (“DEKAI”) (“Announcements”).
Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier Announcements.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no material development on the status of the MOU entered between JHM and DEKAI.
