The Board of Directors of JHM Consolidation Berhad (“JHM” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that a fourth interim single tier dividend of 0.5 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2019 has been declared by the Company and shall be paid on 31 March 2020 to depositors registered in Records of Depositors at the close of business on 18 March 2020.
